Memory Techniques | what are?

Memory techniques include a wide array of techniques that can help you to remember and recall numbers, lists and the information you are learning far more easily and readily.

One group of these memory techniques are known as mnemonic devices. These are techniques used to help a person better encode and recall information they want to remember.

Examples of mnemonic devices include acronyms, method of loci, rhymes, chunking and pegging.
