Law of Overcompensation | what is?

The Law of Overcompensation states that if you always do more than you are paid for, you will always be paid more than you are getting now. In other words, this is all about going the extra mile and doing more than is expected of you in every situation in order to provide higher levels of value and service. As such, when you are living this law you are always looking at opportunities to exceed people’s expectations.

Earl Nightingale put it beautifully when he said:

Always do more than you’re paid for or you’ll never be paid much more than you’re getting now.
