Rituals can be described as the consistent daily actions you take that help you build habits over a period of weeks, months and years. Those habits then of course effectively help shape your thoughts, beliefs and emotions.

All these rituals you partake in effectively power your day. In fact, these rituals shape every decision you make and action you take. Moreover, they actually go a long way toward shaping your life and destiny — for better or worse. I say “for better or worse” because you no doubt have some rituals that provide you with long-term value, and others that will eventually make you feel miserable about yourself.

The key is to develop a set of empowering rituals that will help you stay focused, motivated and on track toward achieving your goals.
