- Solutions for Controlling Critical Voice: This branch delves into numerous solutions for taming or subduing your inner critic. These solutions may seem rather simplistic and straightforward, however they are extremely powerful and can certainly help you take charge of all that negativity you have running through your head.
- Further Suggestions: The final branch of this map explores further suggestions and ideas to help you subdue your critical voice. Implementing some of these ideas will provide you with the leverage you need to help you tame your inner critic.
